How to, or where to add google analytics code, for example:

 I added this in .htsupra: 'incBeforePage'            => '/tracker.php', and created 'tracker.php' file containing tracker code in web root directory. Google somehow does not detect the code whne checking, but statistics is gatherd successfully.
